The commercial vehicle transmission division is an important business unit of WLY. Production and sales are among the highest in the  industry.  It  currently  has  more  than  2800  employees  in Jinhua  City  bases,    Its  products  cover transmissions for all kinds of commercial vehicles, including logistics transportation trucks, low-speed & heavy-duty dumpers, buses, municipal vehicles, school buses, pickups and etc. Its customers include BAIC Foton, Dongfeng Motor, Sinotruk, Faw Group, JMC, Yutong Bus, Hyundai Motor and other automobile OEMs. Its annual production capacity has reached 1 million units of  commercial  vehicle  transmissions.  It  has  won  numerous  medals  awarded  by  automobile  companies  including  Excellent Supplier on Quality, Gold Medal for Market Promotion and Excellent Service Supporter.The  division  has  a  key  provincial  enterprise  research  center  and  a  postdoctoral  workstation,  among  all  the  research  and development staff, 60% of them have obtained professional titles. It possesses more than 180 authorized patents and has been a transmission base for China high-end light trucks with its production capacity for high-end gearbox reaching 300,000 units. The division is in strict accordance with IATF16949, ISO14001 and other advanced international standards and TPS lean production management system. The passenger vehicle transmission division is an increasingly important unit of WLY.lt is formed after the acquisition of the former Geely MT transmission and Chery transmission businesses. It has two production bases in Ningbo Zhejiang and Wuhu Anhui respectively. The division currently has more than 2000 employees. Its main products include more than 10 models of passenger vehicle transmissions including 5MT, 6MT, CVT and AT, supplying to Geely, Chery, BYD, Zoyte, DFSK, BAIC, Haima, Hanteng, Lifan, Yema and other automobile companies.lts annual production capacity is 1 million units for MT and 500,000 units for CVT. It is the first company in China whose MT, CVT and AT transmissions applying to the whole range of passenger vehicles, including car, SUV and MPV.The market volume for its MT products reaches more than 10 million units and 500,000 units for CVT products. The accumulated export volume is 1.5 million. It has become one of the biggest transmission companies in China that boast the fastest development, the most varieties and the largest scale in passenger vehicles. It  has  more  than  420  technical  engineers,  of  which  36 have  master  or  doctor  degree or  senior  professional  title, 5  people  are selected in 1000 talents plan and 2 people are leading pioneers in Anhui. It has complete production equipment for transmission housing, valve, gear, shaft, hub and other parts and can carry out transmission overall performance test, durability test, drivetrain road simulation, performance test and reliability test of key parts.
