Matching Complete Machine

The first-ever pure electric high-speed heavy-duty 2-speed power shift transmission for construction machinery (e.g., forklifts, loaders). With a two-gear design, it meets both low-speed high-torque and high vehicle speed requirements. With a gear ratio step of approximately 2.5, it ensures smooth shifting without power interruption.
It is matched with a high-speed motor and uses high-speed bearings and fully ground gear processing technology to ensure excellent NVH performance.
Adopting electro-hydraulic control technology and automatic shift logic, it can automatically upshift or downshift based on vehicle operating conditions, improving drivability and fuel economy.
The control software features operating condition adaptive strategies, offering fast response, good target tracking, high control accuracy, and excellent driving comfort.
The control software incorporates advanced OBD fault diagnosis strategies to ensure product safety, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
A parking brake can be integrated based on vehicle requirements.
